Abstract

Anotace: Diplomová práce zpracovává objekt bývalé továrny Nitridace s přilehlým skladem v areálu Poldi Kladno. Jedná se o konverzi historickách výrobních hal, které jsou využity pro Centrum performativních umění. Práce navazuje na předdiplomní projekt, který řešil urbanistickou studii pro území Poldi Kladno. Nové urbanistické řešení umožňuje otevření a napojení areálu na centrum Kladna ale rovněž díky vlaku napojení na Prahu. Důležité bylo zachovat významné objekty dokládající průmyslovou činnost v území a tyto objekty vhodně revitalizovat. Prvkem, který by tyto objekty propojoval a zároveň by přinášel do území lidi a s tím spojený rozvoj, je navržená nadzemní dráha, která by z počátku sloužila jako linka, po které by se lidé mohli dostat pěšky, či samotným monorailem do dříve tak významného území z centra Kladna a seznámit se s jeho historií, architekturou a stavem, ve kterém se v současnosti Poldi nachází. Dráha by nabízela jistý distanc, bezpečí a zároveň umožnovala jasnější přehled a průhled krajinou. Byla by horizontální rozhlednou. Návrh chce zachovat původní objekty, ale i plochy, kde se nedochované objekty nacházely. Respektuje současný stav, včetně kontaminace a podoby celého brownfieldu, který by z velké části měl v krajině zůstat, jako otisk doby minulé, do které se v částech, výsecích, formou jednotlivých, na dráhu kolmo navazujících objektů, zařezává do krajiny nikoho. Samotné budovy mají též různorodé funkce, od bydlení, přes vzdělání, výzkum, administrativu až po výrobu. Návrh je to svou formou netradiční, nicméně do území, které je ze severní strany odříznuté vlakovou dráhou, z druhé strany navazující na stále průmyslově aktivní komplex a Vojtěšskou huť, adekvátní. Návrh má za cíl podporovat myšlenku Peformance Art, nechce klást umělcům překážky, má za cíl je v jejich experimentech co nejvíce podporovat. Předprostor hal je pojat jako velký Open-air, místo pro konání různých eventů. K rekonstrukci návrh přistupuje s respektem, nesnaží se za každou cenu potlačit dobu minulou, architektura je odraz společnosti, chce vést dialog a klást různé otázky. Návrh má vzbuzovat dialog mezi starým a novým a podněcovat umělce, ale i širokou veřejnost k vzájemné interakci. Měli bychom si vážit toho, co doba minulá zanechala a přistupovat k tomu s respektem a tolerancí. To je moto, které má návrh odrážet.

Annotation: This dissertation aims to the refurbishment of a former factory building with an adjoining store in a site called Poldi Kladno. It is about the conversion of the historical producing halls being used for the centre of performance art. This work follows the pre-dissertation project showing a urban planning for the area of Poldi Kladno. The new urban planning solution enables an opening and connecting the area with the centre of Kladno and as well the convenient connection to Prague due to the railway availability. It was highly important to maintain the essential objects proving an industrial activity in this area and revitalize them appropriately. The connecting element of all these aspects is the proposed aboveground railway which would be used as a line by people walking to the centre of Kladno or going by monorail. Thus people could get acquainted with history architecture and condition of current Poldi Kladno. In addition to this general development for a population is guaranteed. The monorail would offer a particular distance, safety and enable a brighter round-up and a new view over the landscape. The proposal intends to save the original objects and as well the areas where the original ones have not survived. It keeps the respect to the contemporary condition including a contamination and scheme of the whole brownfield which should stay in the scenery as a print of the past time. Every single part, sector and vertically one to another connecting objects is spreading to the landscape of nobody. The buildings themselves have their own functions from housing, education, research, administration to production. From the sense of form this proposal is untraditional. Nevertheless, it is adequate for the area which is cut away by the railway from the northern side and from the southern it is followed by complex that is still active and Vojteska´s smeltery. This proposal aims to support the idea of performance art. It does not intend to be a hindrance to artists. Its target is to encourage them in their experiments as much as possible. The front space is meant as a huge open-air place for different events. The suggestion approaches the reconstruction with respect and does not pursue to restrain the past times. Architecture reflects a society and means to lead a dialogue and give questions. The proposal is to arouse a dialogue between old and new and encourage not only artists but also general public to mutual interaction. We should be grateful for what the past times have left us and tolerant and respectful to it. This is the motto that this proposal reflects.
