Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu na Vyšehradě, v ulici Na Topolce. Potenciál vybrané lokality zvyšuje nejen výhodná jižní orientace parcely, ale i krásný výhled na Podolskou vodárnu a řeku Vltavu. Pozemek je přímo na hraně svahu, okud je nejlepší výhled. Přímo naproti přes ulici se nachází Jedličkův ústav. Samotný návrh rodinného domu vychází z tvaru pozemku, z jeho orientace a z návazností na komunikaci. Dům je umístěn do severní, části blíže ke komunikaci. Zachovává se tím okolní rastr zástavby, a umožnuje dobré využití zbytku zahrady. Koncept reaguje jak na tradiční charakter stávající zástavby sousedních domů, tak na svažitost pozemku a výhled.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design a family house, located in the street Na Topolce which is near Vyšehrad. The potential of the selected building is increased not only by the advantageous southern orientation, but also by the beautiful view of the water house in Podolí and the Vltava river. The lot is situated right on the edge of the slope. The best view is right from this place. There is Jedlička Institute right across the street. The concept itself is based on the shape of the lot, from its orientation and from the connection with the road. The family house is situated in the northern part of the lot, closer to the road. Thanks to that, the surrounding raster of the build-up area is being kept and it allows a good use of the rest of the garden. The concept responds to the traditional character of the current build-up of the neighboring houses, to the slant of the lot and to the view.
