Rodinný dům v Jizerských horách

Abstract

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v Jizerských horách. Dům se nachází na svažitém pozemku v malé obci Lučany nad Nisou. Parcela je svahem orientována na jižní stranu s výhledem na les. Kompozice hmoty rodinného domu je navržena s důrazem na využití výhledu, který daný pozemek nabízí. Dům je rozdělen na dvě hmoty, které rozdělují dům na jednotlivé funkce - část veřejnou (pobytovou) s obývacím pokojem, kuchyní, a garáží a část soukromou s pokoji pro rodiče a děti, hernou a pracovnou. Ze severní, příjezdové strany je dům koncipován tak, aby minimalizoval blokování výhledu na les. Prosklené plochy z jižní strany maximálně využívají výhledů na les a propojují tak obyvatele domu s okolní krajinou. Druhé patro je vykonzolované na jižní i severní stranu a svým sklonem splývá s okolní horskou krajinou.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a family house for a four-member family in the Jizera Mountains. The house is situated on a sloping land in the small village Lučany nad Nisou. The plot is oriented to the south side with a view to the forest. The composition of the mass of the family house is designed with in order to utilise the view that the given plot offers. The house is divided into two masses that divide the house into two parts with different functions - public part (residential) with a living room, a kitchen, and a garage and a private part with rooms for parents and children, games and work. From the north (the driveway side) is the house designed in order to avoid blocking the view to the forest. The glass-enclosed areas of the south side makes the most from the views of the forest trying to connect the inhabitants of the house with the surrounding landscape. The second floor is cantilevered on the southern and northern side and its slope blends with the surrounding mountain landscape.
