Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Praze na Vyšehradě. Parcela se nachází v blízkosti Kongresového centra i historicky a památkově významného Vyšehradu. Potenciál vybrané lokality zvyšuje nejen výhled na Kavčí Hory, Vltavu a Podolskou vodárnu, ale i vhodná orientace parcely na jih až jihozápad. Parcela je daným směrem i svažována. Samotný návrh rodinného domu byl inspirován především orientací parcely a výhledy z daného místa, rovněž také svažitostí parcely. V severní části, kde je parcela napojena na komunikaci Na Topolce, je zachována uliční čára. Tím je jasně daná orientace domu směrem na jih, jihovýchod a jihozápad. V rámci architektonického návrhu je část domu hlouběji zasazena do terénu, čímž je docíleno lepší návaznosti na okolí a zároveň tento aspekt umocňuje dojmy z výhledů z parcely. Koncept je založen na jednoduchých tvarech, umožňující vyniknutí genia loci daného místa.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design detached house in Prague in Vyšehrad. The selected plot is located near by Congress center and Vyšehrad - historically and culturally very important location of Prague. There are many advantages to this plot such as the view of Kavčí Hory, the river Vltava and Podolská vodárna. Another benefit of the selected location is it's inclining in the south direction. The design of the family house was inspired by the plot's orientation, it's inclination and the specific views provided from that place. In the northern side of the plot there is the road Na Topolce. In that part the designed building is following the street line - the distance between the road and the house is the same as is between the road the neighbouring houses. This aspect affected the orientation of the house, which is south, sout-west and south-east. As the design followed the slope of the plot, one part of the house is set in the ground lower. That improves the connection of the interior and the exterior. It also pionts out the view from the main parts of the plot. The concept is based on basic forms and shapes in order to let the genius loci of the place shine.
