Rodinný dům Praha 5 - Dívčí hrady

Abstract

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domku v Praze 5, na Dívčích hradech. Zadaná lokalita je svažovaná směrem na sever, což nebývá pro výstavbu rodinného domu ideální, avšak parcela se nachází na příjemném vyvýšeném místě, které nabízí nejen pohodlný klid pro bydlení, ale hlavně nádherný výhled na panoramata městské části Praha 5 a jejího okolí, který je směrem na sever. Pozemek je ohraničen ulicemi Lučištníků, Výmolova a sousedním pozemkem a tvoří tak lichoběžníkový tvar s téměř pravým úhlem. Rodinný dům je rozdělen do dvou viditelných hmot, posazených kolmo na sebe. Jedna hmota kopíruje linii příjezdové komunikace v ulici Lučištníků a druhá navazuje na východní hranici pozemku. Tvar rodinného domu je otevřen směrem do jižní části pozemku s prostornou zahradou. Vyvýšením jedné hmoty byla vytvořena krytá terasa s atraktivním průhledem na panorama a s přístupem na zahradu.

The theme of my bachelor thesis is a design of a family house in Prague 5, in Dívčí hrady. The assigned location is sloped down to the north which does not use to be ideal for building a family house, but the building site is situated in a nice elevated spot, which offers peace and quiet for living, but mostly a beautiful view of city part Prague 5 and its surroundings that are pointed to the north. The estate surrounded with these: streets Lučišníků, Výmolova and a neighboring estate. These shape a right-angled trapezoid. The family house is divided into 2 visible matters (shapes of the house), that are perpendicular to each other. One of these matters copies the road in the street of Lučišníků and the other one connects to the east border of the estate. The shape of the family house is opened towards the south side of the estate with a large garden. A sheltered terrace with an attractive view on panoramas and an access to the garden were created by elevating of one of the matters.
