Abstract

Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je návrh vily pre rodinu s dvoma deťmi v Prahe 8, Troji. Zadaná parcela uzatvára ulicu a umožňuje panoramatický výhľad na celú Prahu, čím navyšuje jej atraktivitu. Navrhovaný objekt vychádza z požiadaviek investora na priestrannosť, otvrorenosť a kontakt so záhradou a výhľadom. Kompozícia hmoty rodinného domu je preto navrhnutá s dôrazom na využitie výhľadov, ktorú dopĺňa dominanta v podobe veže. Navrhovaný rodinný dom poskytuje jeho obyvateľom honosný spoločenský priestor pre spoločenské vyžitie, ale splňuje aj požiadavku súkromia.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a family villa with two children in Prague 8, Troja. The entered plot closes the street and offers a panoramic view of Prague, making it more attractive. The proposed object is based on the investor's requirements for spaciousness, openness and contact with the garden and the view. The composition of the mass of the family house is therefore designed with the emphasis on the use of the views, complemented by the dominance in the form of a tower. The proposed family house provides its inhabitants with a splendid social space for social purposes but also meets the requirement of privacy.
