Rodinný dům v Jizerských horách

Abstract

V bakalářské práci je zpracován návrh studie rodinného domu pro čtyřčlenou rodinu. Objekt se nachází v Jizerských horách na mírně svažitém terénu se sousedstvím chatové oblasti a hranice lesa s potokem umožňující soukromí výhled na les. Hmota domu je z části zapuštěna do terénu za omezení výšky objektu vůči okolní zástavbě. Objekt je rozdělen na dvě hmoty jak z důvodů architektonických, provozních, tak i urbanistických. V rámci rodinného domu je i pronajímatelný apartmán v podkoví západní části. Interiér domu působí vzdušně díky průhledům střední částí od vstupu do zahrady. Hmotový koncept archetypu domu, dřevěná fasáda a sedlový typ střechy evokuje spojení s přírodou a dodává domu vesnický nádech.

In this Bachelor's thesis is elaborated a study of a family house for a four-member family. The object is located in the Jizerské Mountains on a slightly sloping terrain adjacent to the cottage area and forest boundary with a stream allowing for privacy view of the forest. The mass of the house is partly embedded in the terrain to limit the height of the building to the surrounding area. The building is divided into two masses, reason for that is architectural, operational and urban. Within the family house there is also a rentable apartment in the attic of the western part. The interior of the house is airy thanks to the central part views from the entrance to the garden. The mass concept of the house archetype, the wooden façade and the saddle-type roof evoke the connection with nature and adds a village touch to the house.
