Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout vesnický rodinný dům v CHKO Kokořínsko, v obci Romanov_Mšeno pro podrobně specifikovaného investora. Stavební parcela se nachází ve svažitém pozemku. Návrh rodinného domu je pro pětičlennou rodinu s důrazem na zachování původních hodnot a rázu krajiny. Konceptem hmotového řešení je orientace domu štítem hlavního objektu k příjezdové komunikaci a hmotou stodoly rozdělení prostoru pozemku na rušnou a klidnou. Dům má sedlovou střechu a je zasazen rovnoběžně s hlavní komunikací Romanova. Dispoziční řešení respektuje připomínky zadání a umožňuje propojení interiéru s exteriérem. Jedná se o stavbu s hambálkovým krovem. Fasáda je řešena kombinací bílé barvy a pískovcových bloků.

The subject of bachelar thesis was to project a family house in the Protected Natural Area (CHKO) Kokořínsko, in the municipality of Romanov_Mšeno for for investor specified in detail. The building plot is located in the sloping terrain. The design of a family house ,which is for five-member family, emphasize keeping the original values and character of the landscape. The conception of a mass solution is to orientate the gable of the main object towards the driveway and the mass of the barn dividing the area of the plot into a noisy and quiet zone. The house has a saddle roof and is located parallelly with main communication of Romanov .The house floorplan respects the comments of the task(assignment) and enables to connect interior with exterior. It is a brick building with a collar beam roof framing. Facade is made from combination of white colour and sandstone blocks.
