Fakulta architektury TU v Drážďanech

Abstract

Cílem práce bylo navrhnout novou budovu Fakulty architektury Technické univerzity v Drážďanech v tamním univerzitním kampusu. Zadaná parcela se nachází na okraji parku mezi historickou budovou Fakulty stavební a budovou nové posluchárny. Objekt tvoří dvě budovy spojené společným podzemím. Cílem bylo provázat zdánlivě neslučitelné hmoty stavební fakulty a posluchárny. Charakteristickým prvkem obou navržených budov je vnitřní atrium, ve východní statické, v západní dynamické. Tato práce se detailně zabývá osmipodlažní budovou východní.

The aim of the thesis was to design a new building for the Faculty of Architecture of the Technical University in Dresden in the university campus. The plot is located on the edge of the park between the historical building of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and the building of a new lecture hall. The building facility consists of two buildings connected by a common underground. The purpose was to link the seemingly incompatible mass of the Fakulty of Civil engeneering and the lecture hall. A distinctive feature of both buildings is the interior atrium, in the east one static, in the western dynamic. This thesis deals in detail with the eight-story east building.
