| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá studií a následným rozpracováním vybraných částí dokumentace pro stavební povolení rodinného domu pro běžnou českou rodinu. Manželský pár se třemi dětmi preferoval přiměřený, hospodárný koncept, se specifickým požadavkem vytvoření prostoru k výrobě cideru. Návrh člení budovu na objekt ciderky a samotný rodinný dům. Projekt je podřízen regulativům CHKO a kontextem okolní zástavby. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract | The bachelor thesis deals with the study and subsequent elaboration of selected parts of the documentation for the building permit of the family house for a common Czech family. A couple with three children preferred a reasonable, economical concept with a specific requirement to create a cider production area. The proposal divides the building into a cider house and the family house itself. The project is subject to the regulations of the Protected Landscape Area and the context of the surrounding area. | eng |
