Vliv změny akumulace tekutin v hrudníku na záznam elektrické impedanční tomografie hrudníku

Abstract

Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda obsah tekutiny v žaludku ovlivňuje záznam elektrické impedanční tomografie hrudníku. Žaludek spadá svou polohou do snímané oblasti elektrické impedanční tomografie, tudíž jeho obsah by mohl ovlivňovat záznam elektrické impedanční tomografie. K experimentu byl použit přístroj PulmoVista 500. Práce bude rozdělena do pěti částí, kdy v první části jsou popsány elektrické vlastnosti tkání. Dále je vysvětlen princip snímání elektrické impedanční tomografie a její způsob rekonstrukce dat. Metodologie práce je obsahem druhé části, kde jsou popsány podklady, které je potřeba mít k zrealizování celého experimentu. Experimentální část se věnuje návrhu metodiky experimentu a jeho průběhu. Studie se zúčastnilo jedenáct probandů, jak mužů, tak žen. Je zde popsán přesný postup experimentu tak, aby byl snadno zopakovatelný. Čtvrtá kapitola, Výsledky, obsahuje soubor naměřených zapracovaných dat rozdělených do jednotlivých podkapitol. Poslední část práce zhodnocuje průběh experimentu a diskutuje výsledky. Tekutina v žaludku má vliv na snímání elektrické impedanční tomografie hrudníku. Největší změna distribuce ventilace jsou v oblastech, kam zasahuje žaludek svou polohou. Zde se mění distribuce ventilace, protože je zde naměřena menší impedance. Tato práce by měla pomoci standardizovat postupy u snímání elektrické impedanční tomografie hrudníku.

The aim of this thesis is to determine whether the content of fluid in a stomach affects the recording of electrical impedance tomography of the chest. The stomach is part of the imaging area of electrical impedance tomography, so its contents could influence the recording of electrical impedance tomography. PulmoVista 500 was used in this experiment Thesis is divided into five parts, the first part describes the electrical properties of tissue. Furthermore, it explains the principle of electrical impedance tomography recording and its method of reconstructing data. The methodology is the content of the second part, wherein the substrates are described, which are needed for realization of the experiment. The experimental part deals with the methodology of the experiment and its progress. The study was attended by eleven probands, both men and women. The exact procedure of the experiment is described here so that it is easily reproducible. The fourth chapter, Results, contains a set of measured data incorporated divided into individual sections. The last part evaluates the progress of the experiment and discusses the results. Gastric fluid has an effect on the electrical impedance tomography scan of the chest. The biggest changes of the distribution of ventilation are in areas where the stomach reaches its location. The distribution of ventilation is changing here, because less impedance is measured here. This thesis should help to standardize procedures for electrical impedance tomography scan of the chest.
