Výpočet indukované intenzity elektrického pole transkraniální magnetickou stimulací

Abstract

Tato práce si klade za cíl vytvoření reálného anatomického modelu hlavy segmentací snímků z magnetické rezonance a provedení numerické simulace rozložení indukovaného elektrického pole při aplikaci léčby repetitivní transkraniální magnetickou stimulací.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is design of realistic three dimensional head model by segmentation of magnetic resonance imaging frames and calculation of the induced electric field intensity during repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment.The theorical part of thesis describes electrophysiological processes during treatment application and fundamental construction principles of rTMS stimulator unit. The experimental part contains information about examinations, which are needed for model inputs acquisition. Subsequently are described methods of stimulation coil design (SolidWorks), three dimensional scan acquisition (KINECT), design of realistic head model (iSEG), followed by the electromagnetic field simulator set up (Sim4Life).
