Zámek Liteň - nové centrum

Abstract

Diplomová práce navazuje na předdiplomní projekt, jehož tématem bylo vytvoření nového urbanistického řešení zámeckého areálu v městysu Liteň. Hlavním úkolem bylo opětovné zapojení areálu do života obce. To vyžadovalo vyřešení napojení stávajících komunikací na nově navržené tak, aby byl areál dobře dopravně obsloužen a zároveň nedošlo k velkému narušení přirozené intimity v území. Dalším bodem pro oživení areálu a celé obce bylo vytvoření nových veřejných a poloveřejných prostorů. Důležitým bodem autorova řešení bylo vyřešení užšího napojení obce na železnici a vytvoření nového centra obce, které je zosobněno nově vytvořeným náměstím, do kterého přímo ústí hlavní komunikace, která vede přímo od železniční zastávky. Autor si vybral k řešení jihovýchodní část zámeckého areálu, kde se v současné době nachází pivovar a hospodářské objekty. Na základě historických souvislostí, které odkazují k operní pěvkyni Jarmile Novotné a aktuálním snahám o vzpomínku na tuto zejména ve světě známou osobnost, se autor rozhodl navrhnout v Litni hudební sál se zázemím pro umělce. V navrženém objektu se nachází také kavárna a galerie. Na koncept hudebního sálu navazuje prostor letní scény, který se nachází v přímém kontaktu se sálem a může tak využít jeho zázemí. Hudební sál svým umístěním navazuje na urbanistickou strukturu zámeckého areálu a vychází z dimenze hospodářských objektů. Druhou navrženou stavbou je objekt pensionu, který je v přímém kontaktu s východní částí objektu hudebního sálu, kde se nachází prostor galerie. Objekty jsou realizovány z obvykle používaných materiálů. Obě navržené stavby mají hlavní nosnou konstrukci ze železobetonu. Nosnou konstrukci zastřešení tvoří ocelové prvky z profilů IPE. Na fasádu hmoty hudebního sálu je použit cihlový obklad a falcovaný plech, který se na fasádu propisuje ze střechy. Hmoty zázemí pro umělce a kavárny s galerií jsou omítnuty bílou omítkou a jako střešní krytina je zde použita pálena taška. Tyto dva materiály jsou pro budovy v zámeckém areálu charakteristické a jsou použity také na objekt pensionu.

This dissertation follows up a pre-dissertation project whose topic was to create a new urbanistic design of a castle area in Liteň. The main goal of the pre-dissertation project was to reintroduce the castle area to the life of the local community. This goal included dealing with the linkage of the previous road network to the new one to ensure that the area was well accessible in terms of transport and that the natural environment of the area was not disturbed too much. The next point of the revival of the area and of the whole village was to create a new public and semi-public space. An important point of the author's design was to deal with a narrower linkage of the village and the local railroad and to create a new center of the village embodied by a newly created square which is connected to the main road network beginning right at the train station. The author chose to deal with the south-west part of the castle area where a brewery and some agricultural buildings are situated at the moment. Based on historical connection of the castle to a well-known opera singer Jarmila Novotná and on current efforts to commemorate her, the author decided to design a musical hall with backstage for artists in Líteň. The designed object also encompasses a cafe and a gallery. A summer stage has been designed to complement the musical hall. As both objects have been interconnected, it is possible for the summer stage to use the backstage of the musical hall. The location of the musical hall complements the urbanistic structure of the castle area and is based on the dimension of the above-mentioned agricultural buildings. Another designed item is a pension adjoining the eastern part of the musical hall where th e galler y is situated. The materials chosen for the individual objects are commonly used. The supporting construction of both designed objects is made of reinforced concrete. The supporting construction of the roofing consists of steel features of IPE profiles. The plaster of the music hall is made of brick cladding and metal sheets which penetrate the facade from the top. White plaster was used for the cafe and artists' backstage while roofing consits of roof tile. These types of materials are characteristic for the buildings situated in the castle area and are also used for the buildings of the pension
