Vnímání okolí obyvateli Prahy

Abstract

Diplomová práce na téma ?Vnímání okolí obyvateli Prahy? zkoumá subjektivní významy jednotlivých okolí pro obyvatele Prahy a jsou-li tyto subjektivní významy ovlivňovány základními charakteristikami člověka. V začátku práce se zabývám vymezením pojmů, co míním pojmem okolí, čas, prostor, vnímání, konání, mentální mapy, behaviorální geografie, humanistická geografie a tím vymezuji pozici, z níž nahlížím na výzkum. Nechybí ani výzkum, který je zaměřen na vnímání okolí obyvateli Prahy. Je popsán v praktické části. Čtenář se zde seznámí s cílem, nástroji a vzorkem respondentů. V dalších kapitolách praktické části analyzuji výsledky dotazníkového šetření a na zá-věr diskutuji možné příčiny daných výsledků, dále také nastiňuji proč je potřeba věno-vat pozornost vnímání okolí a navrhuji určitá opatření vyplývající z daného výzkumu.

My thesis, focused on ?The perception of surroundings by inhabitants of Pra-gue?, is exploring the subjective importance of different types of surroundings to Pra-gue residents and whether these are shaped by fundamental characteristics of the hu-man kind. In the introduction of the thesis, I am trying to define following terms ? sur-roundings, time, area, perception, activity, mental maps, behavioural geography, hu-manistic geography and therefore clarify my position from which I?m considering the research. There is also a survey aimed at the topic. It is described in the practical part. There you can get to know the goal, the tools and the model of respondents. In the next chapters of the practical part I am analysing the results of the questionnaire survey and in the end I?m thinking about possible causes of the outcomes and I?m outlining the reasons why it is important to give attention to perception of our surroundings.
