Polyfunkční centrum Mladá Boleslav

Abstract

Cílem práce je navrhnout administrativní budovu pro potřeby Škody auto a.s. v oblasti nově vznikajícího moderního města v Mladé Boleslavi po vzoru Autostadtu ve Wolfsburgu. Navrhnout takovou budovu s dodržení měřítka a formy a navázat tím na předdiplomní projekt, kde se řešil celkový urbanistický koncept a problémy dané lokality. Návrh a funkce musí odpovídat současné architektuře. Snahou bylo aby administrativa byla v jednoduchém spojení s městem tak i automobilkou. Násobením jedné hmoty na celkem tři stejné budovy mělo za cíl vnést do této oblasti rytmus a na první pohled jasný účel budovy. Především pak vytvořit prostor pro požadovaný počet administrativních pracovníků Škoda a.s.. Rozsah diplomové práce byl stanoven v rozmezí architektonické studie nově navržené multifunkční budovy a okolního parteru. Dále projekt zahrnuje stavebně konstrukční část s půdorysem části typického podlaží a řezem daného podlaží v podrobnosti dokumentace pro stavební povolení, detaily a řešení fasády. Práce je doplněna o koncepci technického zařízení budovy a předběžný statický výpočet a návrh jednotlivých konstrukčních prvků.

The aim of the thesis is to design an administrative building for the needs of Škoda auto a.s. in the area of the newly emerging modern city in Mladá Boleslav, following the example of the Autostadt in Wolfsburg. To design such a building with respect to the scale and form and to follow up on the pre-diploma project, where the overall urban concept and problems of the given site were dealt with. Design and features must match the current architecture. The attempt was made that the administration was in a simple connection with the city as well as the automobile. By multiplying one mass into three identical buildings, the aim was to bring the rhythm and, at first glance, the clear purpose of the building. First of all create space for the required number of administrative staff Škoda a.s .. The extent of the thesis was set within the scope of the architectural study of the newly designed multifunctional building and the surrounding parterre. In addition, the project includes a building component with a floor plan of part of a typical floor and a cut of the given floor in the details of the building permit documentation, details and facade solutions. The work is supplemented by the concept of the technical equipment of the building and preliminary static calculation and design of individual structural elements.
