Abstract

Zadanim diplomove prace je obchodne administrativni centrum, s moznosti umistit i bydleni. Pozemek je vymezen zeleznicni trati a ulici Milady Horakove od krizovatky Spejchar k vyjezdu z tunelu Blanka. Uzemi predstavuje predel mezi klidnou vilovou ctvrti za trati na severu a dopravne za- tizenou komunikaci na jihu, castecne s vyhledem na Letenskou plan. Na uvaze je ponechano zapojeni nebo odstraneni soliternich cinzovnich vil na pozemku stojicich.

The diploma thesis is a business-administrative center in Letna. The concept divides the volume into five buildings located next to two preserved villas in the direction from Letna. The proposal follows the street line of Milada Horakova street and distances between each building are creating semi-private and private areas. In each of the newly designed buildings are located commercial areas on the ground floors, offices in upper floors and roof terraces on last floors. All buildings are connected with one underground floor.
