Návrh a implementace algoritmů pro detekci poruch srdečního rytmu

Abstract

Táto práca sa zaoberá morfológiou EKG krivky u zdravých jedincov, patolo- gickými zmenami viditeľnými na EKG krivke a poruchami rytmu srdca. Ďalej sa venuje obecne známym detekciám komorových a supraventrikulárnych tachykardií. V tejto práci sú navrhnuté dva algoritmy pre detekciu komorovej tachykardie a jeden z nich je implementovaný do jazyka C. Tento algoritmus je overený pre reálne dáta a v závere je zhodnotená jeho spoľahlivosť

This thesis deals with morphology of the ECG signal in healthy individuals, with pathologic changes which can be observed on the ECG curve and with heart rhythm disorders. Furthermore, it deals with generally known detections of ventricular and supraventricular tachycardiae. In this thesis, two algorithms for detection of ventri- cular tachycardia are proposed and one of them is implemented in C. This algorithm is tested on real data and its reliability is evaluated in the conclusion of the thesis.
