Návrh strategie rozvoje výrobců zdravotnických prostředků v regionu Kladno do r. 2015

Abstract

Cílem této práce je přiblížit čtenáři situaci v kladenském regionu v oblasti zdravotnictví. Provést analýzu potenciálu regionu a vytvořit hypotézu o chybějících službách. Zaměřit se na základě této hypotézy na revize zdravotnických přístrojů jako na chybějící službu, vytvořit fiktivní firmu, která by byla schopna tuto službu zajišťovat a přiblížit strategii jejího rozvoje.

The aim of this work is to introduce the reader to the situation in the Kladno region in the health sector. It is to analyze the potential of the region and create a hypothesis of potential missing services. To focus on the basis of this analysis on the repair and revision of electric safety as a missing service and to create a fictional company that would be capable of providing this service and create a strategy of it's development.
