Domov pro seniory v Horoměřicích

Abstract

Záměrem diplomové práce je architektonický návrh novostavby domova pro seniory v nově řešeném území centra Horoměřic. Tvar budovy vychází z urbanistického návrhu, jehož cílem bylo navrhnout nové centrum obce s veškerou občanskou vybaveností. Bylo vytvořeno náměstí s několika podružnými veřejnými prostory, do kterých byla zakomponována zeleň. Stavba je navržena ve tvaru písmene U otevírajícího se k nejhodnotnějším výhledům do parkové zeleně. Východní křídlo tvoří bariéru k přilehlé komunikaci. Vzhledem k zajištění dostatečného oslunění východního bloku byly části stavby vykonzolovány. V 1. podzemním podlaží se nachází zázemí objektu, garáže a kuchyně. Ve vstupním podlaží nalezneme vstupní halu navazující na prostornou jídelnu a administrativní celek. Ostatní podlaží jsou typická s pokoji lemujícími chodbu po obou stranách.

The aim of the diploma thesis is the architectural design of a new home for seniors in the newly developed area of Horoměřice. The shape of the building is based on an urban design, the aim of which was to design a new center of the village with all amenities. A square with several suburban public spaces was built, and greenery was incorporated. The building is designed in the U-shape, opening to the most valuable views of the green park. The Eastern wing forms a barrier to adjacent communications. In order to ensure sufficient sunlight on the eastern block, parts of the building were exhausted. On the first floor there is a basement, garage and kitchen. In the entrance floor there is an entrance hall adjoining the spacious dining room and the administrative unit. The other floors are typical of the rooms lining the corridor on both sides.
