Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu s přidruženou funkcí ateliéru. Pozemek se nachází v jižní části města Mělník v městské části Rybáře. Toto území je odlehlé a velmi klidné na břehu řeky Labe nedaleko od soutoku. Pozemek je rovinný a je v dotyku s přístupovou komunikací - ulice Rybáře. Pozemek obohacuje výhled na soutok řek Vltavy a Labe a klid, který zde člověk může nalézt. Jsme pod vinicemi a zámkem, pozemek je na atraktivním místě. Na jednom z výhledů a propojení se zahradou je postaven můj koncept. Z příjezdové cesty stavba proporčně kopíruje okolní zástavbu rodinných domů. Naopak z jižní strany je objekt zapuštěn do terénu a působí tak menší. Materiálové řešení reaguje na dřevo, které je použito na loděnici, která je v sousedství objektu. Objekt je svou formou a materiály nenápadný a spojovacím prvkem mezi zástavbou rodinných domů v ulici Rybáře a loděnicí na konci ulice.

The object of my barchelors work is design of family house for 4 members with an associated function of the studio. The land is located in the southern part of the town of Mělník in the town of Rybáře. This area is remote and very quiet on the banks of the River Labe near the confluence. The land is flat and is in the southeast in contact with the access road - Rybáře Street. The land enriches the view of the confluence of the Vltava and Labe rivers and the tranquility that one can find here. We are under the vineyards and the castle, the land is in an attractive place. On one of the views and the connection with the garden is my concept built. From the driveway, the building proportionally copies the surrounding family houses. On the other hand, the object on the south side is recessed into the terrain and makes it smaller. The material solution reacts to the wood that is used on the shipyard that is adjacent to the object. The object is its shape and materials unobtrusive and a connecting element between the construction of houses in Rybář Street and the yard at the end of the street.
