Revitalizace a konverze historické nádražní budovy Děčín východ

Abstract

Cílem této práce je znovu vdechnout život chátrající historicky cenné budově, to znamená najít pro ni nové využití a revitalizovat ji. Objekt je v současné době téměř v dezolátním stavu, jelikož její původní funkční náplň již nemá uplatnění. Budova se nachází v průmyslové oblasti na východu Děčína. V minulosti sloužila Rakouské severozápadní dráze, jedná se o jednu ze tří historicky cenných nádražních budov této dráhy. Novou funkční náplní pro polovinu objektu bude fakulta dopravní, ČVUT, sídlící v Děčíně, která svou kapacitou na stávajícím místě již nedostačuje. Druhá polovina objektu bude veřejná s občanskou vybaveností, proběhne znovuobnovení tehdejší restaurace a navrhuji zde konferenční sál s pronajímatelným salónkem sloužící k důležitým jednáním například starosty města nebo hejtmana kraje. K části fakulty dopravní navrhuji novou hmotu, kvůli nedostatečné kapacitě ve stávající budově. Tato hmota bude sloužit jako posluchárny a z části bude protínat stávající budovu. Je navržena plně kontrastní k historické budově. Novodobé konstrukce, materiály a tvary jako je zde použitá příhradová ocelová konstrukce organického tvaru a vakuová izolace. Dále jsem použil barevný kontrast a asymetrické umístění nové hmoty vůči téměř symetrické budově.

The objective of this work is breathe new life to a decaying but historically valuable building. Which means finding new purpose for the building and revitalize it. The building is currently in desolate condition because the original purpose of the building is no longer needed. The building is located in the industrial parts of eastern Děčín. In the past it served to Austrian Northwestern Railroad (Österreichische Nordwestbahn). It is one of three historically valuable railroad stations of this railroad. The first half of the building will serve to Faculty of Transportation Sciences, CTU, residing in Děčín, which is insufficient with its current capacity. The second half of the building will be open to public with public facilities. The then restaurant will be reopened and I design a conference hall with a saloon for renting meant for important meetings of for example the mayor or the regional county representative. I'm designing new mass to the part of the building with FTS CTU, because of the insufficient capacity in the building. The mass will serve as lecture rooms and it partially intersects with the current building. It is designed fully in contrast with the historical building. Modern constructions, materials and shapes, such as here used truss steel construction with organic shape and vacuum isolation. Next is used contrast in color and asymmetrical placement of the new mass in relation the the almost symmetrical building.
