Multifunkční centrum - konverze haly AVIA Letňany

Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce je studie a projekt multifunkčního centra v jedné z hal v areálu Avia Letňany. Celý areál je změněn na novou městskou čtvrť. Areál nabízí nový způsob řešení městské zástavby, dochází zde k propojení dvou odtržených městských částí - Letňany a Čakovice. Celá čtvrť může fungovat jako samostatný celek. Vzniká zde mnoho nových veřejných prostranství a poloveřejných a soukromých prostorů, které respektují a navazují na okolní stávající strukturu. Objekt řešený v této práci je stávající hala na jihu areálu. Tato hala je v přímé návaznosti na novou hlavní pěší promenádu a přilehlý park, který je s budovou přímo propojený. Se stávající halou je nakládáno s co největší šetrností, dochází tak pouze k očištění její hlavní struktury, která je posléze doplněná o nové vestavěné konstrukce. Na severní fasádu haly navazuje novostavba galerie moderního umění. Celkově tak hala s novou budovou vytváří převážně kulturně sportovní objekt. Součástí diplomové práce je koncepce stavebního, statického řešení a koncepce technického zařízení budovy pro objekt galerie moderního umění.

This diploma thesis deals with a study and a project of the multifunctional center in one of the halls in the area of Avia Letnany. The whole area is transformed to a new neighborhood. The complex offers a new way of solving the urban development, connecting two separated districts - Letnany and Cakovice. The entire neighborhood can function as a separate unit. There are many new public spaces and semi-private and private spaces that respect and build on the existing structure. The object dealt with in this work is the existing hall in the south of the premises. This hall is directly linked to the new main pedestrian promenade and adjacent park, which is directly connected to the building. The existing hall is handled with the utmost care, thus only cleaning its main structure, which is then complemented by new built-in structures. On the northern facade of the hall is the new building of the gallery of modern art. Overall, the hall with the new building creates predominantly a culturally sporting object. Part of the diploma thesis is the concept of building, static solution and concept of the technical equipment of the building for the object of the gallery of modern art.
