Areál vodní rekreace na Výstavišti v Holešovicích

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je architektonická studie krytých bazénových provozů a venkovního koupaliště v souladu s funkčním zónováním Výstaviště a v kontextu s širšími urbanistickými vazbami celého areálu Výstaviště v Praze 7 Holešovice. Stavba areálu se nachází na hranici mezi městskou zástavbou a parkem Stromovkou, snaží se tak respektovat obě tyto formy pomocí svého elegantního organického tvaru. Dominantní je především střecha objektu, která přechází do obvodového pláště a obaluje celou stavbu. Podstatná je také práce s úrovňovými pěšími komunikacemi navazující na vstup do objektu. Celou kompozici dotváří ještě druhá protilehlá budova kryté sportovní haly. Areál vodní rekreace obsahuje i řadu dalších rekreačních funkcí. V přízemí se nachází bazénová hala, která je přímo propojená s venkovním koupalištěm a prostory pro saunování. Dále se zde nachází velký prostor pro suchý wellness, masáže a solária. V patře je umístěna ledová plocha určená pro veřejné bruslení a juniorský hokej. V nejvyšším patře se nachází boulder. Ve vstupní hale je velká restaurace a kadeřnický salón. Parkování je situováno do suterénu. Součástí diplomové práce je koncepce stavebního a konstrukčního řešení, zónování a specifikace prostorů v přízemí z hlediska technického zařízení budov.

Subject of this diploma thesis is the archichitectural study of indoor pool facilities and outdoor swimming pool in accordance with the functional zoning of the Exhibition Grounds and in the context of the broader urbanistic links of the whole area of ?Výstaviště in Prague 7 Holešovice. The building is located on the border between the urban development and the Stromovka park, trying to respect both of these forms with its elegant organic shape. Dominant is above all the roofing of the building, which passes into the circumferential shell and covers the entire building. It is also important work with level pedestrian traffic connected to the entrance of the building. The second, opposite building, covered sports hall, completes the whole composition. The aquatic recreation complex also contains many other recreational uses. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool which is directly connected to an outdoor swimming pool and sauna area too. There is also a large area for other wellness, massages and solariums. On the second floor there is an ice rink designed for public skating and junior hockey. On the last floor there is a boulder. There is a large restaurant and a hairdressing salon in the lobby. The parking is situated in the basement. Part of the diploma thesis is the concept of the construction and construction solution and zoning and specification of the ground floor premises terms of technical devices.
