Zámek Liteň - nové centrum

Abstract

Diplomová práce navazuje na předdiplomní projekt, jehož tématem bylo vytvoření nového urbanistického řešení zámeckého areálu v městysu Liteň. Hlavním úkolem bylo opětovné zapojení areálu do života obce. To vyžadovalo vyřešení napojení stávajících komunikací na nově navržené tak, aby byl areál dobře dopravně obsloužen a zároveň nedošlo k velkému narušení přirozené intimity v území. Dalším bodem pro oživení areálu a celé obce bylo vytvoření nových veřejných a poloveřejných prostorů. Důležitým bodem autorova řešení bylo vyřešení užšího napojení obce na železnici a vytvoření nového centra obce, které je zosobněno nově vytvořeným náměstím, do kterého přímo ústí hlavní komunikace, která vede přímo od železniční zastávky. Autor si na základě předdiplomního projektu vybral k řešení výše zmíněné nově vzniklé náměstí a k němu přiléhající budovy. Vznikají objekty nové radnice s obřadní síní. V současné době bohužel nemá radnice v obci důstojné místo. Dalším objektem je administrativní budova, která je k dispozici jak pro firmy, tak pro jednotlivce a nabízí nová pracovní místa. Dalším nově navrženým objektem je zrekonstruovaná a částečně dostavěná kovárna, ve které je zachováno kovářské řemeslo doplněné o výstavní prostor. Posledním řešeným objektem je bytový dům s komerčními prostory v parteru. Jednotlivé objekty jsou realizovány z obvykle používaných materiálů. Objekt radnice a administrativní budovy mají hlavní nosnou konstrukci ze železobetonu. Na fasádě radnice je použita bílá omítka a měděný plech, který je použit také jako střešní krytina. Pro administrativní budovu je použita omítka v odstínu šedé a omítka s měděným efektem. Na střešní krytinu je použitý titanzinkový plech. Nosnou konstrukci dostavěné kovárny tvoří ocelová konstrukce. Nosná konstrukce bytového domu je kombinovaná z monolitické železobetonové části v podzemních garážích a v 1.NP. Ve vyšších podlažích je použit zděný systém v kombinaci s monolitickým železobetonovým jádrem. Na fasádu jsou použité hliníkově plechy a bílá omítka. Střešní krytina je navržena z titanzinkového plechu.

This dissertation follows up a pre-dissertation project whose topic was to create a new urbanistic design of a castle area in Liteň. The main goal of the pre-dissertation project was to reintroduce the castle area to the life of the local community. This goal included dealing with the linkage of the previous road network to the new one to ensure that the area was well accessible in terms of transport and that the natural environment of the area was not disturbed too much. The next point of the revival of the area and of the whole village was to create a new public and semi-public space. An important point of the author's design was to deal with a narrower linkage of the village and the local railroad and to create a new center of the village embodied by a newly created square which is connected to the main road network beginning right at the train station. Following up the pre-dissertation project, the author has chosen to deal with the above-mentioned new square and its adjoining buildings. A new townhall with a ceremony room is being built. Unfortunately, there is no appropriate place for the townhall in the village at the present moment. Another part of the project is an administrative building available for both companies and individuals and offering new job vacancies. Another newly designed item is a reconstructed and partly finished blacksmith's shop which still preserves the original craft and at the same time offers space for exhibitions. The last object for design is a block of flats including a commercial space in the parterre. The materials chosen for individual objects are commonly used. The main supporting construction of the town hall and of the administrative building is made of reinforced concrete. The facade of the townhall employs white plaster and sheet copper, the other being used as roofing as well. A plaster in shades of grey and a plaster with a copper effect was used for the administrative building. The roofing was designed to use titanium-zinc sheets. The supporting construction of the blacksmith's shop was made of steel. The supporting construction of the block of flats combines a monolitic part of reinforced concrete in the underground garages and on the firts floor. Masonry combined with a monolitic core of reinforced concrete was used for the upper floors. The facade consists of aluminium sheets and white plaster. The roofing was designed to be made of titanium-zinc sheets.
