Zámek Liteň - nové centrum

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce navazuje na předdiplomní projekt, který měl za úkol řešit nový urbanistický koncept Zámeckého areálu v obci Liteň u Berouna. Městys Liteň se nachází ve Středočeském kraji nedaleko národní kulturní památky hradu Karlštejn, na samém okraji chráněné krajinné oblasti Český kras. Zámecký areál se nachází přibližně uprostřed městyse Liteň. Součástí areálu je několik významných kulturních památek: budova Čechovny, zámek, secesní vila, kovárna a budova bývalého pivovaru a další. Hlavním úkolem urbanistického návrhu bylo napojit nyní uzavřený prostor na zbytek městyse a zrušit tak bariéru, kterou zámecký areál vytváří. Největším problémem při samotném zkoumání území a následném návrhu se stala absence centra obce. Nynější centrum se nachází na "křižovatce" nejfrekventovanějších dopravních tahů a je tak naprosto nevyhovující. Při zkoumání možností, hlavních os areálu a dominantních území se ukázalo jako nejvíce vyhovující umístit centrum obce před budovu kovárny a odtud vytvořit hlavní dopravní trasy. Důležitým bodem řešení bylo zapojit uzavřený zámecký areál do dění v obci a otevřít jej částečně veřejnosti. Projekt diplomové práce se pak soustředí na detailnější zpracování některých budov z urbanistického návrhu. Návrh podoby objektů se snaží skloubit historický ráz areálu s novým pojetím architektury. Není však snaha vytvářet zde abstraktní hmoty, ale je kladen důraz na přihlédnutí ke koloritu dané lokality a zopakování již fungujících prvků architektury. Největší dominantou se stává budova multifunkčního sálu, která je napojena na stávající objekt "jídelny". Tato stavba je kolmá o hlavní ose zámku a je tvořena ocelovou konstrukcí opláštěnou skleněnými tabulemi či fasádními deskami. Tímto natočením se nám prostor nynějšího nádvoří zámku a hospodářských budov člení na několik menších uzavřenějších celků. V těsné blízkosti této dominanty se nachází bytový dům, vystavěný na původní hmotě bývalého objektu kravína, hotel, restaurace umístěná do budovy pivovaru a dva menší stávající objekty, v nichž vznikají prodejní plochy.

This diploma thesis is a follow-up to the pre-diploma project, which aimed to design a new urban concept of the Chateau complex in the village of Liteň by Beroun. Liteň is located in the Central Bohemian region, not far from the national cultural monument of the Karlštejn Castle, at the very edge of the protected landscape area of the Czech Karst. The castle complex is located in the middle of the village of Liteň. Several important cultural monuments are part of the complex: the Čechovna building, the chateau, the Art Nouveau villa, the forge and the former brewery building and others. The main task of the urban design was to connect now enclosed space to the rest of the village and to remove the barrier created by the Chateau complex. The biggest problem in the actual exploration of the territory and the subsequent proposal was the absence of the center of the village. The current center is at the "junction" of the busiest traffic roads and therefore it is totally unsatisfactory. In exploring the possibilities, the main axes of the complex and the dominant areas, it was most convenient to place the center of the village in front of the forge building and to create the main transport routes from there. An important point of the solution was to involve the enclosed castle complex in the events in the village and to open it partially to the public. The project of the diploma thesis is then focused on detailed elaboration of some buildings from the view of the urban design. The design of objects is trying to combine the historical character of the complex with the new concept of architecture. However, there is no effort to create abstract matter here, but the emphasis is placed on taking into account the color of the site and the repetition of already functioning elements of architecture. The multifunctional hall, which is connected to the existing "dining room" building, becomes the most dominant. This structure is perpendicular to the main axis of the chateau and is made up of a steel structure covered with glass sheets or facade boards. With this disposition, the space of the current courtyard of the castle and farm buildings is divided into several smaller enclosed units. In close proximity there is a block of flats built on the original mass of the former cow house, a hotel, a restaurant located in the brewery building and two smaller existing buildings, which create sales areas.
