Abstract

ANOTACE Zadáním bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům v Mníšku u Liberce, nedaleko Jizerských hor. Území se tedy nachází v podhorské oblasti s mírně svažitým terénem. Cílem je návrh rodinného domu pro minimálně čtyři členy s důrazem na kontakt stavby s terénem. Navržený dům má dvě nadzemní podlaží, z toho vstupní podlaží je z části pod terénem. Významnými architektonickými prvky jsou velké prosklené plochy přes celou světlou výšku podlaží, které spojuje jedna linie tvaru Z, sloužící jako stínící kšilt a zároveň jako balkon pro druhé nadzemní podlaží. Nosnou konstrukci domu tvoří železobetonový monolit. Fasáda je řešena kombinací bílé omítky s kamenným obkladem, podhled a nášlapnou vrstva je tvořena dřevěnými latěmi.

ANNOTATION The task of my bachelor thesis was design a family house in Mníšek near Liberec, near the Jizera Mountains. The territory is located in a sub-mountainous area with a slightly sloping terrain. The goal is to design a family house for a minimum of four members, with an emphasis on contact with the terrain. The designed house has two above-ground floors, from which the entrance floor is partly under the terrain. Dominant architectural elements are large, transparent areas across the clear floor height that link one Z-line, serving as a shining top, and at the same time as a balcony for the second floor. Main structure is monolithic reinforced concrete. The facade is a mix of white plaster with a stone facing, the ceiling and the tile layer is made of wooden laths.
