Rodinný dům v Jizerských horách

Abstract

Předmětem práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v Bedřichově, na okraji obce u lesa s výhledem do údolí. K parcele vede ulice Jizerská. Specifické pro zadanou parcelu je mírně svažitý terén, na jehož vrcholu se nachází příjezdová cesta, směrem ze svahu je krásný na údolí města Bedřichov, na rybník, okruh Jizerské padesátky a na sjezdové tratě na protějším svahu. Parcela je orientována svahem na západní stranu. Koncept domu se snaží využít jak orientace ke světovým stranám pro tepelné zisky a výhled na údolí, tak svažitost terénu pro usazení po vrstevnici a doplnění okolní zástavby natočením komunikační osy domu. Hmota domu je umístěna devět metrů od příjezdové cesty v horní části parcely a vychází z rozdělení na jednotlivé funkce - část veřejnou pobytovou s obývacím pokojem, kuchyní, a garáží, část soukromou s pokoji pro rodiče a děti, hernou a na část s komunikačním koridorem, který propojuje předešlé části a obsahuje další doplňkové funkce.

The subject of the thesis is the design of a family house for a four-member family in Bedřichov, on the outskirts of the village with the forest overlooking the valley. The plot leads to Jizerská Street. Specific for the given plot is a slightly sloping terrain, at the top of which there is a driveway and in the background of the forest, from the slope there is a beautiful view of the valley of the town Bedřichov, the pond, the Jizerska padesátka circuit and the downhill slopes on the opposite slope. The plot is oriented to the west side of the slope. The concept of the house seeks to use both the orientation towards the world sides for thermal gains and the view of the valley, so the sloping terrain for setting up the contour and completing the surrounding area by rotating the communication axis of the house. The house is located nine meters from the driveway at the top of the parcel and comes from the division into individual functions - a part of the public residence with a living room, a kitchen, and a garage, part of the intimate residance with parent´s and children´s rooms, a game room, and a part with a communication corridor , which links the previous sections and contains additional complementary features.
