Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v Praze, na parcele v ulici Na Hrobci. Hlavním specifikem a částečně negativem parcely je bezpochyby tvar pozemku a vysoká okolní zástavba. Taktéž fakt, že je parcela ze dvou světových stran zastíněna a jžní fasáda má pouhých pět metrů. Z těchto základů vychází koncepce domu, který se snaží využít jednak osluněnosti jižní fasády, tak zároveň vytvoření nového prostoru a částečného otevření východní a západní fasády. Budova je navržena tak, aby první podlaží umožnilo průchod z ulice Na Hrobci do vnitrobloku. Ve vzniklém průchodu je situováno volné stání pro rodinný dům. Hmota domu je umístěna na celé ploše pozemku a vychází z rozdělení na jednotlivé funkce - část rodičů, část dětí, denní část a pracovna/ateliér. Dům se nachází v historické zástavbě a je vidět z Vyšehradu, tudíž fasáda domu respektuje tyto okolnosti.

Subject of this work is a design of a house for a family of four, situated in the capital city of Czech Republic, Prague, street "Na Hrobci". The main specific and partially negative plot is definately the shape of the land and the high surrounding area. Also the fact that the plot of the two sides of the world is overshadowed and the south facade is only five meters long. The concept of a house, which seeks to use the sunlight of the southern façade, as well as the creation of a new space and a partial opening of the eastern and western facades, is based on these principles. The building is designed to allow pass the people through the first floor from Na Hrobci Street to the inner courtyard. In the passage there is a parking for a family house. The volume is divided according to it´s functions - one part is dedicated to the parrents, one to the children, one to the living room and kitchen and the last one is dedicated to architecture studio. The house is located in a historical part of Prague, and can be seen from Vyšehrad castle, so the facade of the house respects these circumstances.
