Rodinný dům v Jizerských horách

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům pro čtyřčlennou rodinu na mírně svažitém pozemku v Bedřichově v CHKO Jizerských hor. Pozemek leží na kopci nad Bedřichovem a poskytuje krásný výhled na okolní hory. Návrh domu je ovlivněn orientací pozemku ke světovým stranám, výhledy i okolní typickou horskou zástavbou. Stavba je umístěna 5 m od silnice a natáčí se směrem k jihozápadu. Tato orientace poskytuje nejlepší slunce i výhled. Vhodně orientuje vjezd do garáže a respektuje natočení sousedních domů. Vnitřně je budova dělena tak, aby obytné pokoje směřovaly směrem do zahrady a poskytovaly tak nejen krásný výhled, ale i klid.

The topic of the Bachelor work was to design family house for a four-member family on a slightly sloping land in Bedřichov on the Protected Landscape Area of the Jizera Mountains. The land is located on a hill above Bedřichov and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The house design of the house is influenced by the country's orientation on the world's sides, the view and typical mountain development. The building is located 5 m from the edge of the plot and turns southwest. This orientation provides the best sunshine and view. Opportunely directed entrance to the garage and respected orientation of the neighborhood. Internally the building is divided so that the living rooms point toward the garden, providing not only beautiful views but calm also.
