Radnice Letňany

Abstract

Zadáním diplomové práce jsem si vybral návrh radnice v nové městské části. Městská část se nachází na severovýchodním okraji Prahy, mezi Letňany a Čakovicemi. Tuto oblast jsme rozpracovávali v předdiplomním projektu. Objekt se nachází v centrální části pěšího bulváru, který vytváří hlavní tepnu nově vzniklého území. Bulvár propojuje nádraží s multifunkčním vzdělávacím centrem. Centrální část pěší zóny je rozšířená, tím vzniká náměstí před radnicí a zvýrazňuje dominantu radnice. Budova má ve vyšší části šest a v nižší části čtyři nadzemní podlaží a dvě podzemní podlaží. Vyšší část tvoří dominantu budovy. Hmota objektu je spojena pěší ulicí s vedlejší budovou - kulturním centrem, tím dotváří celou hmotovou kompozici. Důstojnost radnice je podtržena monumentálním schodištěm, které stoupá do ulice mezi budovy. Promenáda mezi objekty ústí z dlážděného do zeleného náměstí za radnicí. Přízemí radnice je ponecháno funkcím jako jsou restaurace, kavárna a obchody, tím se budova více otevírá veřejnosti. Ve vyšších podlažích se odehrává provoz radnice a je rozdělen podle míry návštěvnosti odborů. Celková užitná plocha je 18818 m2. Konstrukce je řešena jako skelet, opláštění budovy je z lehkého obvodového pláště s předsazenými skleněnými deskami s jemným potiskem, který slouží jako stínící prvek a z estetického hlediska dodává objektu lehkost.

By entering my diploma thesis I chose a design of a town hall in the new city district. The city district is situated on the northeastern outskirts of Prague, between Letňanyand Čakovice. We elaborated the area in the pre-diploma project. The building is located in the central part of the pedestrian boulevard, which forms the main artery of the new territory. The boulevard connects the train station with the multifunctional training center. The central part of the pedestrian zone is widespread, creating a square in front of the town hall and highlighting the dominant of the town hall. The building has six upper floors, and four lower floors and two underground floors. The upper part forms the dominant of the building. The mass of the building is connected by a pedestrian street with an adjoining building - a cultural center, thus completing the whole mass composition. The dignity of the town hall is underlined by the monumental staircase, which rises to the street between the buildings. The promenade between the estuary from the cobblestone to the green square behind the town hall. The ground floor of the town hall is left with functions such as restaurants, cafes and shops, making the building more open to the public. On the upper floors there is a city hall traffic and is divided according to the trade union attendance rate. The total usable area is 18818 m2. The structure is designed as a skeleton, the cladding of the building is made of a lightweight obverse cladding with floating glass plates with fine print, which serves as a shading element and aesthetically gives the object lightness.
