Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je navrhnout rodinný dům na parcele v oblasti Praha - Liboc. Parcelu lemují ze dvou stran komunikace, které jsou ale velmi klidné. Terén je výrazně svažitý směrem k severu a vytváří výhled na Libocký rybník. Dům je umístěn v horní části parcely. Tvoří ho dvě hmoty, přičemž horní zastupuje společenskou část domu a spodní soukromou. Horní hmota je vykonzolovaná a podporuje tak výhled na rybník.

The subject of bacherol's thesis is to design a family house on land area in Praha - Liboc. The plat is lined by two roads from both sides, but the communication on the roads is very calm. The terrain is distingtly sloping on the north side and makes a view of the Pond of Liboc. The house is situated in the upper part of the plat. It's consisted of two masses, while the upper one represents a social part of the house and the lower one is for private using. The upper mass is exerted and supporrts the view of the pond.
