Abstract

Návrh rodinného domu v Praze - Liboci je založen na konceptu oddělení jednotlivých zón bydlení, splynutí s okolní přírodou a okolním terénem v severním svahu a výhledem na Libocký rybník. Díky atriu v jižní části domu a severní orientaci rybníka tak vzniká průhledová osa domem. Konstrukce domu je z důvodu snahy o splynutí s terénem a zakopáním částí domu z monolitického železobetonu, který tak i umožňuje velké rozpony prosklenných ploch v nosných konstrukcích v jižní části domu. Fasáda domu je tvořena kombinací cementové stěrky, která přiznává konstrukci domu a světlého dřeva, které k přírodě nezbytně patří a tvoří tak krásnou kontrastní kombinaci.

The design of a family house in Prague - Liboc is based on a concept of seperating individual living zones, merging with surrounding nature and terrain in northern slope and view on Liboc pond. Thanks to an atrium in the southern part of the house and northern orientation of the pond arises a sight axis trough the house. The structure of the house is, due to the effort of merge with terrain and burying parts of the house, from monolithic reinforced concrete which also enables huge glass spans in load-bearing structures in the southern part of the house. The facade of the house consist of a face concrete which reveals the structure of the house and light wood which necessarily belongs to the nature. Together they form a beautiful contrasting combination.
