Vybavení inteligentního operačního sálu zdravotnickou technikou

Abstract

Cílem dané práce je navrhnout úpravy existujícího neurochirurgického sálu ve FN Motol pro větší podporu chirurgického týmu, pacientů a členů rodiny pacienta, zvýšení bezpečnosti, preciznosti a rychlosti chirurgických zákroků. Práce zahrnuje přehled současného stavu neurochirurgického sálu vč. zařízení, koncept inteligentního operačního sálu a výzkum směrovaný na návrh vybavení novou komplexnější zdravotnickou technikou, aby se mohl co nejvíce přiblížit existujícím řešením v jiných zemích a aby odpovídal požadavkům lékařů ve FN Motol. Výsledkem práce je seznam vybraných přístrojů, které odpovídají požadavkům na inteligentní operační sál, a doprovodná dokumentace ve formě půdorysů současného stavu sálu a navrženého inteligentního sálu spolu s umístěnými zdravotnickými prostředky.

The aim of this thesis is to propose an upgrade the existing neurosurgical operating room at hospital Motol in order to increase the level of support of surgical team, patients and family members of the patient, increase safety, precision and speed of surgical procedures. The thesis includes theory about intelligent operating theatre, its concept, an overview of current neurosurgical operating room?s state and research, aimed on creating the draft of a new complex theatre with the newest medical equipment in order to get closer to the existing solutions in other countries and fulfill the definition of an intelligent neurosurgical operating theatre. The result is presented as the list of selected equipment being accompanied by documentation in the form of graphical drafts of the theatre?s current state and proposed future intelligent theatre along with medical equipment?s layout.
