Analýza otočky při vykonávání TUG testu osobami s Parkinsonovou chorobou

Abstract

Cílem této práce je analýza vlivu Parkinsonovy choroby na otočku. Pomocí přenosného systému Xsens byla naměřena chůze při TUG testu. Testu se účastnilo 9 zdravých osob a 12 osob s Parkinsonovou chorobou. Osoby s Parkinsonovou chorobou podstoupily test jednak s medikací a jednak bez medikace. Každá část experimentu byla jednou zopakována. V prostředí Matlab byla z dat vypočítána délka otočky, počet kroků a podobnost otočky mezi prvním a druhým měřením. Výsledky všech tří skupin byly mezi sebou porovnány a byl vyhodnocen vliv Parkinsonovy choroby na otočku.

The goal of this study was to analyse the influence of the Parkinson disease on a human turn. The turn was recorded using the portable system Xsens. In the test, there were 9 healthy people and 12 people with the Parkinson's disease involved, the latter both with and without medication. Test was repeated once. In the Matlab programme, the turn duration, number of steps on each leg, and the similarity of turn in both measurements was computed. Results of the three groups (healthy people, people with Parkinson's disease with medication and without medication) were compared.
