Hotel v areáli vodných športov - Krásny Dvor

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce je návrh hotela v plánovanej novej zástavbe v Bielorusku s názvom Krásny dvor. Lokalita sa nachádza v meste Brest. Pozemok je situovaný na krajnej časti územia kde je veľký potenciál pre využitie prírody. Objekt priamo susedí s lesom a vodnými plochami. Pôdorysne objekt vytvára vnútorný priestor, ktorý sa otvára do prírody a uzatvára smerom k mestu. V strede je navrhnutá vodná plocha. V navrhovanom objekte je riešená reštaurácia s kuchyňou, wellness, kongresová časť a ubytovanie.

The subject of my Gratuated thesis is scheme of the hotel complex situated in the new built-up area in Belarus called Krasny dvor (Beautiful court). The location is situated in the city Brest. The land is located in the edge part of territory where is the big potential for using the nature. The object is in the near neighborhood with forest and water area. The ground plan created inside space which is opened to the nature and closed in direction to the city. In the middle of space is designed water area. In the scheme of the object are restaurant with the kitchen, wellness, congers part and accommodation.
