Polyfunkční dům, Liberec - Perštýn

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh Polyfunkčního domu v nově navrženém území Liberec -Perštýn. Navrhovaná stavba se nachází v severní části území a vytváří tak vstupní prostor do nově navrženého centra bydlení a administrativy. Polyfunkční dům se skládá ze tří funkcí: bydlení, komerční prostory a kavárna. Hmotové řešení vyplývá právě z daných funkcí domu a dále z orientace ke světovým stranám a výhledům na město Liberec. Prostory pro bydlení jsou umístěny do dvou věží, které propojuje vodorovná část, kde je umístěna kavárna. Komerční prostory se nacházejí v parteru obou věží. V projektu je dále řešen návrh parteru a vzniklého veřejného prostoru a architektonicko-konstrukční řešení navrhovaného domu.

The subject of the thesis is the design of Multifunction building in the newly proposed territory of Liberec - Perštýn. The proposed building is located in the northern part of the area, and thus creates the input space to the newly proposed center for housing and administration. Multifunctional house consists of three functions: housing, commercial spaces and a café. Shape solutions follows the functions of the house, the orientation to cardinal directions and views of the city of Liberec. Spaces for housing are located in two towers. These towers are connected with the horizontal part, where the Café is located. Commercial spaces are located in parterre of the two towers. The project also solves parterre, created public space and architectural-structural design of the proposed house.
