Rodinný dům

Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce je studie rodinného domu. Zadanou lokalitou je pozemek bývalých kasáren v Jičíně. Zadaný pozemek je rohový, určený pro stavbu poloviny dvojdomku. Pozemek je svažitý směrem na jih. Hmotové a dispoziční řešení vycházelo ze sklonu svahu, orientace a okolní zástavby. Objekt je řešen jako jednoduchá hmota se třemi nadzemními podlažími a jedním podzemním, přičemž třetí podlaží je ustoupené. Doplňkovou funkcí rodinného domu je kancelář v přízemí objektu. Fasáda je světle šedá s výraznými okenními rámy.

Theme of this bachelor thesis is family house study in the former Jičín casern location. The land is situated at the corner of the street and it is designed for a half of duplex family house. The land is sloping towards the south. Mass and layout is based on the slope, orientation, and the surrounding buildings. The building is designed as a simple matter with three floors and one basement floor, while the third floor is set back. Additional function of the house is an office on the ground floor. The facade is pale gray with distinctive window frames.
