Experimenty na stratosférických balónech a sondážních raketách

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je představit výzkum prováděný pomocí sondážních raket a stratosférických balonů, proto pojednává o historickém vývoji v oblasti a přehledu současné situace. Jádrem celé práce je koncepční návrh kontejneru určeného pro provádění experimentů na sondážních raketách a stratosférických balonech. Práce tak nastiňuje koncepci a možné využití tohoto kontejneru a nabízí možné aplikace překračující původní rámec použití. Funkčnost je demonstrována pomocí návrhu experimentu zabývajícího se výzkumem změn v elektrické vodivosti v závislosti na výšce.

Thesis is focusing on the field of scientific research using the sounding rockets and stratospheric balloons: its historical development and contemporary situation in the field. Mainly, the thesis introduces a conceptual multipurpose container design for sounding rockets and stratospheric balloons. The aim of this concept is to approach currently used technology from a different angle and offer new solutions. Unlike the others, proposed container is versatile and focuses on wide range of applications and reusability. As a result, such technology offers academic research centres affordable tools for conducting experiments and enhance their research capacity. The function of the container is demonstrated by an experiment based on a measurement of the variation in electric conductivity with altitude.
