Rodinný dům

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rodinného domu v pražských Dejvicích, na místě zaniklé historické usedlosti Mydlářka. Projekt vznikl jako školní zadání pod vedením odborného pedagoga a klade důraz na soudobou interpretaci historicky vrstevnatého místa. Návrh reaguje na složitou topografii parcely a výrazný prvek zachovanou milánskou stěnu, která formuje hranici pozemku a vstupuje do návrhu jako prostorová i kompoziční opora. Architektonický koncept staví na principu raumplanu, který umožňuje vytvořit prostorově vrstevnaté, vertikálně propojené interiéry reflektující proměnlivost terénu a funkční nároky. Dům je koncipován jako dvojice jednoduchých hmot doplněných lehkou transparentní strukturou, která vytváří filtr mezi interiérem a exteriérem. Projekt se snaží navázat dialog mezi současnou architekturou a historickým kontextem, aniž by upadal do doslovnosti či historizace.

This bachelor project (možná lepší thesis) focuses on the design of a family house in the Prague district of Dejvice, on the site of the former historic homestead Mydlářka. The project was developed under academic supervision and aims to create a modern house that respects and responds to the unique character of the location. One of the key elements of the site is a preserved Milan wall, which defines the edge of the plot. The design uses this wall not just as a boundary but as an important architectural feature that helps shape the layout and spatial atmosphere of the house. The concept is based on the Raumplan idea, meaning that the interior spaces are arranged in a way that follows the terrain and creates vertical connections between rooms. The house consists of two simple volumes, connected by a light, transparent structure that works as a transition space between the interior and exterior. The goal of the project is to find a balance between modern architecture and the historical context of the site, without relying on imitation or historical pastiche.
