Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je projekt rodinného domu, konkrétně pro čtyřčlennou rodinu s dětmi, na úrovni architektonické studie a částí dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Řešený pozemek se nachází v lokalitě Dvorečná, poblíž Lipna nad Vltavou, objekt je součástí nově navrhovaného celku rodinných domů na okraji území obce. Důraz je kladen na citlivé začlenění objektu do stávající zástavby a přírodního charakteru krajiny. Nadále bylo zpracováno urbanistické řešení nejbližšího okolí parcel ve spolupráci s ostatními studenty v ateliéru.

The subject of this bachelors thesis is the design of a family house, specifically for a four-member family with children, at the level of an architectural study and parts of the documentation for a building permit. The plot in question is located in the Dvorečná area, near Lipno nad Vltavou, and is part of a newly proposed group of plots on the edge of the municipality. Emphasis is placed on the sensitive integration of the building into the existing development and the natural character of the landscape. Additionally, an urban design of the immediate surroundings of the plots has been developed in collaboration with fellow students in the studio.
