Rodinný dům

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce zpracovává studii rodinného domu v Praze 5 Barrandově. Cílem projektu bylo navrhnout domov pro čtyřčlennou rodinu na velkorysém pozemku s výhledem na Prahu. V reakci na orientaci pozemku ke světovým stranám a na možnost bezprostřední zeleně vznikl objekt s mnoha průhledy a výhledy, které spojují rodinný život uvnitř i venku a dopřávají rodinně kontakt s okolím, ať už jako přímí účastníci nebo pozorovatelé. Dům má dostatečné prostory připravené pro práci na architektonických projektech, sušení prádla, dětský smích a dupot i rodinné oslavy. Výraznou částí rodinného domu je architektonický ateliér z červeně lakované oceli, která pak propojuje jemnými prvky celý objekt. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou i vybrané části dokumentace pro stavební povolení, koncept TZB a energetický koncept budovy.

This bachelor thesis is a study of a family house in Prague 5 - Barrandov. The aim of the project was to design a home for a family of four on a generous site with a view of Prague. In response to the orientation of the site to the cardinal points and the possibility of immediate greenery, a building with many vistas and views was created, connecting the family life inside and outside and allowing the family to connect with the surroundings, either as direct participants or observers. The house has ample spaces ready for working on architectural projects, drying laundry, childrens laughter and running and family celebrations. A distinctive part of the house is the architectural studio made of red painted steel, which then connects the whole building with subtle elements. Selected parts of the documentation for the building permit, the HVAC concept and the energy concept of the building are also part of the bachelor thesis.
