Polyfunkční dům Praha Sedlec

Abstract

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je navázat na předdiplomní projekt zaměřený na urbanistický návrh rozvojové oblasti Nový Sedlec, konkrétně vytvořit návrh polyfunkčního objektu v nově vznikající lokalitě. Hlavní funkcí polyfunkčního areálu je ubytování vysokoškolských studentů přilehlé univerzity. Doplňující funkce baru dobře zapadá do konceptu bydlení větší skupiny mladých lidí. Areál je tvoře soustavou obytných buněk pro malou skupinu studentů fungujících jako sdílený byt. Objekty dále nabízejí společné vyžití studentů v podobě střešní terasy, společenské místnosti, studovny, posilovny a dalších zařízení. Objekt je v blízkosti rušné komunikace, která je ale z akustických důvodů vůči okolnímu terénu zahloubena. Tento nedostatek nahrazuje velké množství zeleně, kterou je areál kolejí obklopen. V této práci je obsaženo urbanistické řešení lokality, architektonická studie, půdorys a řez v detailu dokumentace pro stavební povolení, komplexní detaily řešení obvodového pláště, řešení přilehlého parteru, koncepční řešení interiéru formou vizualizací, základní statický výpočet vybraných konstrukcí, schématické řešení TZB konceptu a základní požárně bezpečnostní řešení.

The subject of my diploma thesis is to follow up on the pre-diploma project focused on the urban design of the Nový Sedlec development area, specifically to create a design for a multifunctional building in a newly emerging location. The main function of the multifunctional complex is to accommodate university students from the adjacent university. The additional function of the bar fits well into the concept of housing a larger group of young people. The complex is made up of a system of residential cells for a small group of students functioning as a shared apartment. The buildings also offer common use for students in the form of a roof terrace, a common room, a study room, a gym and other facilities. The building is close to a busy road, which is, however, recessed from the surrounding terrain for acoustic reasons. This deficiency is compensated by the large amount of greenery that surrounds the dormitory area. This work includes an urban design of the site, an architectural study, a floor plan and a detailed section of the documentation for the building permit, comprehensive details of the exterior envelope design, the adjacent ground floor design, a conceptual interior design in the form of visualizations, a basic static calculation of selected structures, a schematic solution of the HVAC system, and a basic fire safety solution.
