Abstract

Moje práce navazuje na Urbanistickou studi, kterou jsem vypracoval v minulém semestru. Budova tvoří společně s tučapským zákem a ostatními budovami nové veřejné prostory. Objekt je navrhnut tak, aby co nejméně narušoval vzhled obce a její vesnický ráz V této práci je obsažena urbanistická studie lokality, architektonická studie, dokumentace pro stavební povolení A a B, řez fasádou s detaily,základní statický výpočet, schéma TZB a základní požární schéma.

My work builds on the urban planning study I developed last semester. The building, together with the Tučapy chateau and other surrounding structures, creates new public spaces. The structure is designed to interfere as little as possible with the appearance of the village and to preserve its rural character. It includes an urban planning study of the site, an architectural study, building permit documentation parts A and B, a facade section with details, a basic structural calculation, a building services (MEP) diagram, and a basic fire safety scheme.
