Abstract

Téma diplomové práce je etapizovaný koncept rozvoje jihozápadní části města Písek. V návrhu je řešena budoucí proměna území s důrazem na vyzdvihnutí jeho kvalit, které jsou v současnosti potlačeny necitlivými zásahy v minulosti. Návrh je zpracován v návaznosti na připravované projekty v blízkém okolí a v souladu se záměry města Písek.

The topic of the diploma thesis is a phased concept of the development of the south-western part of the city of Písek. The proposal addresses the future transformation of the area with an emphasis on highlighting its qualities that are currently suppressed by insensitive interventions in the past. The proposal is developed in relation to the upcoming projects in the vicinity and in accordance with the intentions of the City of Písek.
