Bytový dům na Břevnově

Abstract

Anotace (česká): Bytový dům je součástí urbanistického celku navrženého na severně orientovaném svažitém pozemku mezi ulicemi Bělohorská a Patočkova v Praze Břevnově na místě komplexu dnešního hotelu Pyramida v sousedství původní zástavby vícepodlažních bytových domů. Z analýzy vyplynulo, že je v okolí nedostatek startovacích malometrážních bytů, a vůbec ne těch bezbariérových. Cílovou skupinou obyvatelů navržených bytů jsou tedy osoby se sníženou mobilitou, mladé rodiny s malými dětmi či mladí pracující jednotlivci/páry. Dva bytové domy sdílejí společné podzemní parkování a nad tímto prostorem se na polosoukromém parketu či v zeleni může odehrávat společenský život.

The apartment building is part of an urban complex designed on a north-facing sloping plot between Bělohorská and Patočkova streets in Prague Břevnov on the site of the complex of today's Hotel Pyramida in the neighborhood of the original multi-storey apartment buildings. The analysis showed that there is a lack of small start-up flats in the area, and not barrier-free ones at all. The target group of residents of the proposed flats are therefore people with reduced mobility, young families with small children or young working individuals / couples. Two apartment buildings share a common underground parking and above this space, social life can take place on a semi-private parquet floor or in the greenery.
