Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce bylo zpracovat architektonickou studii rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Na prvním místě bylo se vypořádat s limity daného území, do kterého by se dům navrhoval. Atraktivní lokalitu pozemku přímo vedle parku narušuje okolní bloková zástavba, kladen je tedy důraz na dosažení maximálního soukromí a vypořádání se studenta se svažitým terénem, do kterého objekt umísťuje. Součástí projektu bylo i zpracování částí projektové dokumentace ve stupni stavebního povolení. Hlavním cílem projektu je nalezení komprosního řešení rodinného domu, který své okolí plně respektuje a příliš nenarušuje již stávající architekturu v území. Dům se svým způsobem po terénu plazí, snaží se na něj plně navázat a svým tvarovým zpracováním dosáhnout požadované úrovně soukromí k zaručení komfortního bydlení. Dispozičně je dům rozdělen na denní a noční klidovou část. Orientace obytných místností, kde rodina tráví čas společně, směrem na západ zajišťuje dostatek přirozeného světla po celý den. Dětské pokoje s ložnicí na východní straně naopak zajišťují večerní klid a veselá ranní vstávání.

The subject of this bachelors thesis was to develop an architectural study for a family house for a four-person household. The primary focus was to address the limitations of the given site where the house would be designed. The attractive location of the plot, directly next to a park, is disrupted by the surrounding block development. Therefore, emphasis is placed on ensuring maximum privacy and dealing with the sloping terrain where the building is situated. The project also included the preparation of parts of the project documentation at the stage of building permit approval. The main goal of the project is to find a balanced solution for a family house that fully respects its surroundings and does not disrupt the existing architecture in the area. The house crawls along the terrain in a way, trying to integrate with it and achieve the desired level of privacy through its shape to ensure comfortable living. The layout of the house is divided into a day section and a quiet night section. The orientation of the living spaces, where the family spends time together, towards the west ensures ample natural light throughout the day. The childrens rooms and the bedroom on the east side, on the other hand, provide evening peace and cheerful morning wake-ups.
