Norsko na cestě ke klimatické neutralitě: ESG strategie a role stavebnictví

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou přístupu Norska k dosažení klimatických cílů v kontextu environmentální, sociální a řídicí (ESG) strategie, s důrazem na stavební sektor. Práce nabízí teoretický přehled konceptů ESG, klimatické neutrality a souvisejících legislativních rámců EU i národních politik. Praktická část analyzuje konkrétní norské infrastrukturní projekty z hlediska jejich ESG parametrů ze zadávacích dokumentací, včetně opatření na snižování emisí, recyklace a energetické efektivity. Práce také porovnává legislativní rámec České republiky s Norskem, s cílem identifikovat klíčové rozdíly. Cílem je popsat cestu dekarbonizace stavebního sektoru v rámci veřejných zakázek a strategického řízení v Norsku. Výsledky poskytují vhled do trendů v ESG strategii Norska a nabízejí inspiraci pro aplikaci těchto principů v dalších zemích.

The thesis analyzes Norway's approach to achieving climate goals in the context of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies, with a focus on the construction sector. It provides a theoretical overview of ESG concepts, climate neutrality, and related legislative frameworks of the EU and national policies. The practical part examines specific Norwegian infrastructure projects based on their ESG parameters from tender documentation, including measures for emission reduction, recycling, and energy efficiency. The thesis also compares the legislative frameworks of the Czech Republic and Norway to identify key differences. The aim is to describe the pathway to decarbonization of the construction sector within public procurement and strategic management in Norway. The findings offer insights into trends in Norway's ESG strategy and provide inspiration for applying these principles in other countries.
