Abstract

Bakalářská práce zpracovává studii rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu - manželský pár a dvě děti. Zadaný pozemek určený k výstavbě domu se nachází v Odolene Vodě, městská část Dolínek. Součástí projektu bylo vyhotovení studie a projektové dokumentace v rozsahu stavebního povolení. Práce zahrnuje analýzu zadaného pozemku, studium požadavků zadavatele a návrh dispozičního a konstrukčního řešení domu. Dále se věnuje materiálové a barevné koncepci a vizualizaci projektu. Parcela se nachází v lehce svažitém terénu a její specifický tvar je definován zatáčkou příjezdové komunikace. Navržený dům je hmotově jednoduchý objekt s těžištěm uvnitř zahrady, respektující okolí a tvar parcely. S důrazem na plnohodnotné společné prostory je omezení zastavěné plochy řešeno přímým propojením s exteriérem. Materiálově dům navazuje na původní zástavbu rodinných domů v ulici Atriová. Dominantním prvkem je tvarosloví fasády z ulice. Dům zůstává uzavřený s jasně definovanou materiálovou identitou a minimem prosklených ploch, čímž zajišťuje soukromí obyvatel. Naopak do atria se dům otevírá a plynule přechází do exteriéru pomocí pobytových teras. Dispoziční řešení je jednoduché, zahrnuje v 1.NP společné prostory, technické zázemí a ložnici rodičů, v 2.NP pak dva dětské pokoje s koupelnou.

The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the study of a family house for a family of four - a married couple and two children. The assigned plot intended for the construction of a house is located in Odolena Voda, Dolínek district. Part of the project was the preparation of a study and project documentation within the scope of a building permit. The work includes the analysis of the assigned plot, the study of the client‘s requirements and the design of the layout and construction of the house. It also deals with the material and color concept and visualization of the project. The plot is located in a slightly sloping terrain and its specific shape is defined by the bend of the access road. The proposed house is a materially simple object with a center of gravity inside the garden, respecting the surroundings and the shape of the plot. With an emphasis on full-fledged common spaces, the limitation of the built-up area is solved by a direct connection with the exterior. In terms of materials, the house follows the original development of family houses in Atriová Street. The dominant element is the morphology of the facade from the street. The house remains closed with a clearly defined material identity and a minimum of glazed areas, thus ensuring the privacy of the residents. On the contrary, the house opens up into the atrium and flows smoothly into the exterior with the help of living terraces. The layout solution is simple, it includes common spaces, technical facilities and the parents‘ bedroom on the 1st floor, and two children‘s rooms with a bathroom on the 2nd floor.
