Rodinný dům

Abstract

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je návrh rodinného domu pre štvorčlennú rodinu v Prahe- Šáreckém údolí. Riešená parcela je súčasťou dvojice pozemkov, z toho jeden je určený pre výstavbu a druhý je vedený ako záhrada. Zástavba v okolí je obytná, v okolí je množstvo rodinných domov a víl z rôznych období. Z toho vyplíva, že taktiež rôznych štýlov. Pozemok je z troch strán obklopený komunikáciami. Parcela je vo svahu, ktorý padá z východu na západ, zo západnej strany je hustý les. Hlavnou dominantou v okolí je Kostel sv. Matěje, na ktorý je z pozemku výborný výhľad. Dom je rozdelený na tri oddelené hmoty, dom pre rodinu, hosťovský dom a garáž so skladom. Tie sú medzi sebou prepojené zastrešením ale hlavne átriom s vonkajším posedením a zeleňou. Tým bola docielená príjemná intimita terasy a zároveň dostatočné tienenie bez potreby použitia ďaľších tieniacich prostriedkov. V 1.NP sa nachádzajú všetky eseciálne miestnosti pre rodičov pre prípadné bezbariérové využitie v neskoršom štádiu života. Detské izby a pracovne sa nachádzajú v 2.NP. Jedná sa o pravouhlé usporiadanie hmôt, kde je jedna vysoká a druhá široká. Medzi nimi dvoma sa nachádza prechod z interiéru do exteriéru a to vytvára vyváženú kompozíciu čelnej steny domu. Tieto dve hmoty sú navyše z čelnej strany oddelené aj materiálovo, jedna má prevetrávanú fasádu s pohľadovou vrstvou z drevených latí a druhá s pohľadovou vrstvou šedej omietky.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the design of a family house for a family of four in Prague - Šárecké údolí. The parcel in question is part of a pair of plots, one of which is intended for construction and the other is maintained as a garden. The development in the area is residential, there are many family houses and villas from different periods in the area. It follows that also different styles. The land is surrounded by roads on three sides. The plot is on a slope that falls from east to west, on the west side there is a dense forest. The main landmark in the area is the Church of St. Matěje, on which there is an excellent view from the plot. The house is divided into three separate masses, a house for the family, a guest house and a garage with storage. They are connected to each other by a roof, but mainly by an atrium with outdoor seating and greenery. This achieved the pleasant intimacy of the terrace and, at the same time, sufficient shading without the need to use additional shading devices. On the 1st floor, there are all the special rooms for parents for possible barrier-free use at a later stage of life. Children’s rooms and offices are located in the 2nd floor. It is a rectangular arrangement of masses, where one is high and the other is wide. Between these two, there is a transition from interior to exterior, and this creates a balanced composition of the front wall of the house. In addition, these two masses are also materially separated from the front side, one has a ventilated facade with a visible layer of wooden slats and the other with a visible layer of gray plaster.
