Abstract

Zadaným tématem bakalářské práce bylo zpracování architektonické studie a zpracování vybraných částí dokumentace pro stavební povolení (DSP) rodinného domu pro investory. Zadaný pozemek se nachází v klidné lokalitě městské části hlavního města Prahy – Uhříněves, v blízkosti železniční stanice Praha – Uhříněves. Tento pozemek byl nejprve rozdělen na jednotlivé parcely a následně byla každému studentovi jedna přiřazena. V území byla navrhnuta jedna obslužná slepá komunikace. Má parcela se nachází na konci této komunikace, vedle pětipodlažního bytového domu. Cílem návrhu bylo odstínit stávající bytový dům a zajistit tak investorům co nejvíce soukromí. Investory jsou mladý manželský pár s dvojčaty. Otec pracuje jako manager a často pracuje z domova. Matka je účetní a jezdí pracovat do kanceláře a ve volném čase hraje v orchestru na klavír. Manželé mají dvojčata, dvě dcery ve věku 12 let, které jsou sportovně nadané a věnují se volejbalu. Rodina ráda tráví společný čas v přírodě, nejčastěji turistikou a cyklistikou. Objekt byl navržen tak, aby maximálně vyhovoval životnímu stylu uživatelů. Je rozdělen na 3 provozní celky – technické zázemí, společný prostor a klidovou zónu v 2.NP. Dům je umístěn na severní straně parcely a otevírá tak zahradu na jihu a poskytuje soukromí před obyvateli bytového domu.

The assigned topic of the bachelor thesis was the preparation of an architectural study and the preparation of selected parts of the documentation for the building permit of a family house for investors. The specified plot is located in a quiet area of the city of Prague - Uhříněves, near the railway station Prague - Uhříněves. This plot was first divided into individual plots and then one was assigned to each student. One service dead-end road was proposed in the area. My plot is located at the end of this road, next to a five-storey apartment building. The design goal was to screen the existing apartment building and provide as much privacy as possible for the investors. The investors are a young married couple with twins. The father works as a manager and often works from home. The mother is an accountant and travels to the office to work and plays piano in the orchestra in her spare time. The couple have twin daughters, of age 12, who are athletically gifted and play volleyball. The family enjoys spending time together in nature, mostly hiking and biking. The property has been designed to best suit the lifestyle of the occupants. It is divided into 3 operational units - technical facilities, common area and quiet zone on the 2nd floor. The house is located on the northern side of the plot, opening the garden to the south and providing privacy from the residents of the apartment building.
